What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary depending on the product and customization method. Many of our custom bar products are available in relatively low quantities, while others may require larger production runs. Tell us what you’re looking to customize and we’ll provide the minimum quantity and pricing options for your project.
Can I see a proof before ordering?
Yes. You’ll receive an artwork proof showing the proposed placement and appearance of your logo or design before production begins. Custom production will not move forward until the artwork has been approved.
What printing methods do you offer?
We offer several customization methods depending on the product, material, artwork and quantity. Options may include full-color digital or UV printing, screen printing, pad printing, laser engraving and other specialty decoration methods. We’ll recommend the best option for your specific product and design.
Do you offer laser engraving?
Yes. Laser engraving is available on many stainless steel and metal bar products, including select cocktail shakers, bottle openers and other accessories. Engraving provides a clean, professional and permanent finish that won’t peel or rub off like a surface-applied graphic.
How long does production take?
Production time varies by product, quantity and decoration method. Many domestically decorated products can be completed relatively quickly, while larger or fully custom projects may require additional production time. As an example, some standard decorated barware programs have production times of approximately 10–15 working days. We’ll provide an estimated production and delivery schedule with your quote.
Can you match my brand colors?
In many cases, yes. Full-color printing allows us to reproduce detailed logos and a wide range of colors. Depending on the product and printing method, specific color matching may also be available. Send us your logo or brand guidelines and we’ll recommend the best decoration method for achieving the desired result.
Do you offer rush production?
Rush production may be available depending on the product, quantity, artwork and current production schedule. If you’re working toward an event, grand opening, promotion or other deadline, let us know the required delivery date when requesting your quote. We’ll determine the fastest available production option for your project.
Can you ship to multiple locations?
Yes. Multiple-location shipping may be available for custom orders. This can be especially helpful for restaurant groups, distributors, franchise locations, corporate programs and promotional campaigns. Let us know the number of destinations when requesting your quote so we can determine the most efficient shipping solution and associated costs.
Are setup charges required?
Setup charges depend on the product and customization method. Certain printing, engraving or production processes may require an initial setup charge, while some products or promotions may have reduced or waived setup fees. Any applicable setup charges will be clearly identified in your quote before you place your order.
Do you help with artwork?
Absolutely. Send us your logo or existing artwork and we’ll help determine how to best reproduce it on the product you’ve selected. Vector artwork is preferred when available, but if you’re unsure whether your file will work, send us what you have. We’ll review it and let you know what’s needed before production.
